What? You want the
trim painted too?

You shouldn’t have to pay
extra to move into a house with fully painted trim, but that’s
just what happens with the average cost-cutting builder these
days.
When you look at those fancy decorated models what you see is
not necessarily what you get. The way we see it, if the painters
are there anyway why not have them paint the trim as well as
the walls? They charge us more for it, but not that much more,
so there’s no need to pass on and mark up the cost.
In the end, the trim gets painted, and you don’t get trimmed. |
