Architectural values in a neighbourhood
are greatly influenced by the look of the roofs. We favour massive,
steeply pitched roofs with lots of rich looking texture in the
shingles, and the IKO Rennaisance 40-year shingle fits our taste
to perfection.
It’s standard on every home in Kingsfield. We don’t
offer an ordinary, less expensive shingle because someone might
order it and spoil the streetscape.
